|Recommended: YesAmazing place to live with minor inconveniences — I love living here. They communicate well, and the apartments are well built. The neighborhood is quiet most of the time however sometimes when people huddle right outside your door yelling for close to twenty minutes at 12 AM that can be tiresome. Luckily has only happened twice so far. The community is very clean. Parking is kind of tiresome as most of the parking spots just need to be better assigned. I have to walk across the complex to get to my building. Could be worse I guess. Luckily they are taking care of the flooding that happens when it rains so no more soaked floors
|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — The units are very nice and roomy. The pool is very nice, all the bathrooms are very spacious. The washer and tree work great and the kitchen is modern.
|Recommended: NoThe property is pretty nice, but the office is disorganized and communication lacks greatly. — We like our apartment, but parking is an issue. We also wish the pool and fitness center were accessible more often than their times now.
|Recommended: YesModern and targeted toward young, working people — I really love my apartment here at The Rise. It is spacious, has fabulous lighting, and is very modern. I love that most of the people in the community are young, working people like myself I think the price is perfect for the value of the community -- especially including the 24 7 gym, swimming pool, and highway access. While I love that they allow pets here, the dogs do get a little loud. I can hear the dogs above me pretty frequently, but I don't think this is because the walls are thin, I think that they are just big dogs that are young and playful. I also wish there was better parking for guests -- Reynolds Ave. gets full on the weekends. Other than that, I truly love it here
|Recommended: Yes... Still Developing — It's okay enough, clearly a new build and working out some kinks. Upon moving in, some fixtures were not attached secured as they could be. I question how fast some things take to get fixed and to the level of detail that is taken but I am a particular person, if you're more easy going, it would probably be fine . The biggest gripe most fellow residents all have is the amount of apartments and the limited amount of parking... If you have friends over, you may want to have them ride share if at all possible.
|Recommended: YesGreat place — A great apartment complex to live in, especially for younger people experiencing apartment living for the first time Great amenities, had a few hiccups, due to it being a rather new complex but overall I’ve enjoyed it so much
|Recommended: YesNot too many things to complain about — So far so good here.
|Recommended: YesLove the Rise — I have been living at this complex since mid June of this year and the Rise has been every bit helpful and professional throughout my time here. The apartment itself is spacious and has great, new amenities. The grounds of the complex are well maintained and the staff are very responsive and helpful. The construction is good overall and while some things could be improved wall construction , I have been overall satisfied here I would definitely recommend the complex to a friend
|Recommended: YesAn affordable upscale living experience — Very nice value for these apartments love the pool and dog park.
|Recommended: YesGreat downtown living at its best — Nice modern apartment with a clean look from the inside out. Close to downtown entertainment, restaurants, expressway and so much more without being right in the midst of it all.
|Recommended: YesEnjoyable — Hidden Gem.
|Recommended: YesLove The RISE — the apartments are beautiful. spacious and modern. love the putty grey color on the doors, trim and kitchen cabinets. this gives your apartment home a modern look without feeling stuffy. the staff is amazing Ryann and Ali have made me feel so at home and are extremely helpful whenever i have a need in questions or concerns. Moving from a home in germany village to an apt was a big change, but the aesthetic of THE RISE and the Staff made it an easy transition for me. i keep talking to my friends about it and they agree on my thoughts whenever they visit.
|Recommended: YesGreat, comfortable place to live — I've lived at The Rise for going on three months and I've had nothing but great experiences so far. I feel safe here and the staff is usually around and available to answer questions I've had. We've received constant updates regarding community features like the mail room, the pool, the gym, and their plans for opening. Could not have chosen a better place to call home.
|Recommended: YesQuiet cozy community — A little bit off the beaten path and offers a quite serene community with a modern feel.
|Recommended: NoSo far, meh... — Firstly,The Rise has a professional staff very friendly and easy to work with and a well organized maintenance crew jumped on and fixed all my issues next day . The apartment looks super nice at first glance, but if you take a closer look it was very cheaply made and rushed trough constructing. The paint job was rushed with gray paint runs, spatters, splotches on the ceilings and walls that are white. The granite island, where the sink is, is terribly off level causing water to run off into the living area. The deadbolt for the front door never lined up and was ultimately jury-rigged by the maintenance crew to lock. The A C unit drains right though the laundry room which is paper thin and your can hear the dripping tubes very easily. The back of the dryer itself was bent or something, so it rattles extremely loud I had to stuff a towel in-between the wall and the dryer so it wouldn't make the noise . I have a great view of the city but there is now a tent set up in the woods past the fence. BUT THE BLINDS ARE GREAT The main point of moving here was to be close to Downtown as possible, and be affordable. Which it is. Unfortunately COVID-19 is currently in full effect so were confined to our apartment.
