|Recommended: YesClean and good management but lacking in sound insulation — Great management and generally clean place. However, walls are thin so sound travels and heating insulation could be better. Dogs that are left home alone can be quite loud as well.
|Recommended: YesI enjoy the space and the area in which the apartments are located. — You’re close enough to the city for activities but outside of it enough to experience a quiet living environment.
|Recommended: YesGreat space, Decent location, good price — Overall good new apartment. Location is good for Cbus. Solid price If you're not on the third floor the upstairs neighbors are loud. Parking is limited for guest and have to result to street parking.
|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — The apartment is so cozy and so nice, this is probably my favorite place I have ever lived The layout, appliances, and staff are wonderful My only complaint is noise, it is easy to hear neighbors through the walls.
|Recommended: YesIt's alright — It's cool but expensive
|Recommended: NoGood, but could be better — Parking is an absolute pain, and you have to pay for a spot. My lease stated one parking location that was somewhat close to my unit, but when I came in, the stated spot on my lease , was not available, so I now have to park on the other side of a neighboring building. Parking was not well thought out The units are nicely insulated, as I do not get noise from the outside or from my neighbors. The grounds are well maintained, and the maintenance staff is quick to resolve any issues within the units. Construction on the other hand is less than expected, with marks on the walls and ceiling, several paint splatter spots, and already water damage in the bathroom shower area. The property staff are friendly and helpful, but at times difficult to reach via phone or e-mail. If I had to pick two good things, they would be the location, as it's close to both downtown, and the Short North, and the design of the units. Two bad things would definitely be parking as 1, and the package drop-off room, as it is always a mess.
|Recommended: YesAmazing place to live with minor inconveniences — I love living here. They communicate well, and the apartments are well built. The neighborhood is quiet most of the time however sometimes when people huddle right outside your door yelling for close to twenty minutes at 12 AM that can be tiresome. Luckily has only happened twice so far. The community is very clean. Parking is kind of tiresome as most of the parking spots just need to be better assigned. I have to walk across the complex to get to my building. Could be worse I guess. Luckily they are taking care of the flooding that happens when it rains so no more soaked floors
|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — The units are very nice and roomy. The pool is very nice, all the bathrooms are very spacious. The washer and tree work great and the kitchen is modern.
|Recommended: NoThe property is pretty nice, but the office is disorganized and communication lacks greatly. — We like our apartment, but parking is an issue. We also wish the pool and fitness center were accessible more often than their times now.
|Recommended: YesModern and targeted toward young, working people — I really love my apartment here at The Rise. It is spacious, has fabulous lighting, and is very modern. I love that most of the people in the community are young, working people like myself I think the price is perfect for the value of the community -- especially including the 24 7 gym, swimming pool, and highway access. While I love that they allow pets here, the dogs do get a little loud. I can hear the dogs above me pretty frequently, but I don't think this is because the walls are thin, I think that they are just big dogs that are young and playful. I also wish there was better parking for guests -- Reynolds Ave. gets full on the weekends. Other than that, I truly love it here
|Recommended: Yes... Still Developing — It's okay enough, clearly a new build and working out some kinks. Upon moving in, some fixtures were not attached secured as they could be. I question how fast some things take to get fixed and to the level of detail that is taken but I am a particular person, if you're more easy going, it would probably be fine . The biggest gripe most fellow residents all have is the amount of apartments and the limited amount of parking... If you have friends over, you may want to have them ride share if at all possible.
|Recommended: YesGreat place — A great apartment complex to live in, especially for younger people experiencing apartment living for the first time Great amenities, had a few hiccups, due to it being a rather new complex but overall I’ve enjoyed it so much
|Recommended: YesNot too many things to complain about — So far so good here.
|Recommended: YesLove the Rise — I have been living at this complex since mid June of this year and the Rise has been every bit helpful and professional throughout my time here. The apartment itself is spacious and has great, new amenities. The grounds of the complex are well maintained and the staff are very responsive and helpful. The construction is good overall and while some things could be improved wall construction , I have been overall satisfied here I would definitely recommend the complex to a friend
|Recommended: YesAn affordable upscale living experience — Very nice value for these apartments love the pool and dog park.
