submitted by Shani H. - |Recommended: YesOverall great apartments to live in — The location, the professionalism of management staff, and the amenities makes it a great place to call home.
submitted by Mackenzie H. - |Recommended: YesGreat Place to Live — I love living at the Rise. The only thing I could complain about is i can hear my neighbors pretty well. The employees are all very nice and helpful.
submitted by Ami B. - |Recommended: YesThe Rise — This is a great location however there is no parking whatsoever for guests or if you do not want to pay extra for an assigned spot. The neighbors in the houses across the street put construction cones in the street so you can't park there as well. The sound isn't too bad. I can not hear any neighbors except the people above me. It seems as if the ceilings are very thin.

However parking has been a nightmare for me. Even paying for a spot I have to sometimes park on the road. I have had so many people towed I know the maintenance man on a first name basis it had become very frustrating. I think the staff is very nice but because of the rotation between apartment complexes I feel like multiple people don’t know what happening at the rise or need filled in. This resulted in not one but two apartments being taken from me to parking spot issues.... I still have the wrong fridge in my apartment and when I moved in nobody had cleaned the space. And that’s not even all of the communicate issues.

submitted by Ye J. - |Recommended: YesGood — I've been living here 2 months now, and I had to order maintenance few times even though it's new apartment. But, they fix problems very fast and staffs are responsive and kind. The apartment is in general very clean and well mananged.
submitted by Garrison W. - |Recommended: YesA pretty good experience only 2 months in. — It's a new area in a good location with many things that closely surround it. Neighbors are nice, and the apartments have plenty of space. Overall The Rise has great potential for the future.
submitted by Nick T. - |Recommended: YesReview — its great location beautiful view of the city, beautiful buildings, highly recommend
submitted by Gene P. - |Recommended: YesClean and good management but lacking in sound insulation — Great management and generally clean place. However, walls are thin so sound travels and heating insulation could be better. Dogs that are left home alone can be quite loud as well.
submitted by Jessie H. - |Recommended: YesI enjoy the space and the area in which the apartments are located. — You’re close enough to the city for activities but outside of it enough to experience a quiet living environment.
submitted by Hunter C. - |Recommended: YesGreat space, Decent location, good price — Overall good new apartment. Location is good for Cbus. Solid price If you're not on the third floor the upstairs neighbors are loud. Parking is limited for guest and have to result to street parking.
submitted by Emily L. - |Recommended: YesGreat place to live — The apartment is so cozy and so nice, this is probably my favorite place I have ever lived The layout, appliances, and staff are wonderful My only complaint is noise, it is easy to hear neighbors through the walls.
submitted by Joshua Y. - |Recommended: YesIt's alright — It's cool but expensive
submitted by Ronnie J. - |Recommended: NoGood, but could be better — Parking is an absolute pain, and you have to pay for a spot. My lease stated one parking location that was somewhat close to my unit, but when I came in, the stated spot on my lease , was not available, so I now have to park on the other side of a neighboring building. Parking was not well thought out The units are nicely insulated, as I do not get noise from the outside or from my neighbors. The grounds are well maintained, and the maintenance staff is quick to resolve any issues within the units. Construction on the other hand is less than expected, with marks on the walls and ceiling, several paint splatter spots, and already water damage in the bathroom shower area. The property staff are friendly and helpful, but at times difficult to reach via phone or e-mail. If I had to pick two good things, they would be the location, as it's close to both downtown, and the Short North, and the design of the units. Two bad things would definitely be parking as 1, and the package drop-off room, as it is always a mess.
